Goal
The objective of the course is to obtain the FCL-LAPL(A) Licence, which entitles the holder to operate as a Pilot-in-Command of single-engine piston or TMG aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 2000 kg, carrying a maximum of 3 passengers, in NON-commercial flights.
Pre-requisites
- Minimum age at attainment 17 years;
- Class I, II or LAPL medical certificate.
Knowledge of the English Language
TEA Level 4 Certificate required only if the applicant is applying for the English phonics qualification.
Theory Course
100 Hours of theory divided into the following subjects:
Aeronautical Law, General Aircraft Concepts, Principles of Flight, Meteorology, Navigation, Communications, Operational Procedures and. Performance and Planning, Human Performance and Limitations.
Practical Training
Minimum activity:
24 hours dual-command;
6 hours pilot-in-command.
