The course is aimed at obtaining an FCL-LAPL (A). The privileges of the holder are to act as Pilot in Command of Single Engine Aeroplanes or TMGs, with a Maximum Take Off weight of 2000 Kgs, carrying no more than 3 passengers, on non- commercial flights.
- Minimum age on completion 17 years;
- He or she shall hold a Class I, II or Lapl Medical Certificate.
The theoretical course shall comprise 100 hours, to be divided between the following subjects:
Air Law, Aircraft General Knowledge, Performance and Planning, Human Performance and Limitations, Meteorology, Navigation, Operational Procedures, Principles of Flight and Communications.
30 flight hours of which:
- 24 hours of dual flight instruction;
- 6 hours of solo flight time, including at least 3 hours of solo cross-country flight time.
